The Science of Stuck: Breakthrough Inertia to Find Your Path Forward, by Britt Frank, is a compilation of neurobiology with ideas for practical application of the learning. The format of the book itself is neurodivergent-friendly. Read it all or read what she calls her cliff notes in each chapter. Available in audiobook, kindle, and paper book formats.

How to ADHD: An Insider’s Guide to Working with Your Brain (not against it), by Jessica McCabe is now available in print and audio versions. I listened to it on Audible and couldn’t wait to share it here. I also have it in print form for quick reference. Love, love, LOVE!

Unmasking Autism: Discovering the New Faces of Neurodiversity, by Devon Price was the first book I listened to this year and I couldn’t put it down. Devon broadened my understanding of autism and diversity.

Episode 183 introduces Season Two which launched October 2nd, 2023 and could be a good place to begin if you’re new to the series. But Episode 108 remains one of my favs!
